To vote in Illinois:
- You must be a United States citizen.
- You must be at least 18 years of age by Election Day (17 years of age to vote in a General Primary if you will be 18 as of the following General Election).
- You must have been a resident of the precinct at least 30 days prior to Election Day.
For an application, visit the Illinois Online Voter Registration website. You may also register in person at the Warren County Clerk's Office on the second floor of the Courthouse (100 West Broadway).
